Watched: THE SQUID AND THE WHALE
On DVD from Netflix. I'll try to keep better track of what I watch here, but I don't really want to get into writing long-winded reviews about the films I watch. It was very good, though. And painful. Bastard. (That's high praise, by the way. In Wes-speak, "bastard" generally equals "guy who made a kick-ass film while I still sit here on my tuchis.") Maybe I'll just condense my thoughts about films I watch into a single word that encapsulates my feelings towards the (writer/)director afterwards.
